Unlike ordinary solid steel plates, the grid hollow structure provides excellent ventilation and drainage performance, effectively draining rainwater, dust, and debris without accumulating water or dirt on the stair surface. Most treads feature serrated anti-slip surfaces and reinforced edge structures, significantly improving walking stability and reducing slip risks in humid and dusty environments. The integrated galvanized layer bonds closely with the steel base, delivering reliable anti-corrosion and anti-rust protection.
The production process follows standard welding and hot-dip galvanizing technology. Bearing flat steel and twisted square steel are firmly welded to form a stable overall structure with uniform stress distribution and excellent load-bearing capacity, suitable for long-term pedestrian walking and conventional equipment passage.
